Very soothing

Feeling stressed? Put on a pair of headphones and put on this app. Really helps relax you and if you close your eyes you almost feel like you’re in a different place. The mediation brainwave file felt like I was by the river and just totally destressed me. This would be a great app to have while falling asleep if you’re the type that needs some noise to knock out. Highly recommended!
